Position Summary
The 100% Talent Program Coordinator will work closely with the Director of 100% Talent, staff across the organization, and organizational leadership. The 100% Talent Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational functions of the 100% Talent initiative. This role requires excellent project management and organizational skills, good communication, and a customer service orientation. The 100% Talent Program Coordinator will provide key assistance for efforts to build support of our initiative, expand our signatory base, and position the initiative for future growth, success and long-term sustainability. This position is responsible for maintaining, implementing and/or supporting development systems that will enable the Director of 100% Talent to perform with greater efficiency and accountability. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter who can work with a team as well as independently, in a complex and fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities
Program Coordination and Administration
  • Works with the Director of 100% Talent to develop and implement program plans and budgets.
  • Tracks progress toward goals and objectives for the initiative.
  • Works with the Director of 100% Talent and contractors to design and curate tools and resources for employers.
  • Works with the Director of 100% Talent and contractors to develop and implement annual feedback and best practice reporting tools for employers, and synthesizes results for internal and external audiences.
  • Supports in staffing meetings of stakeholders for the initiative, which includes planning meetings, synthesizing meeting discussions, delivering on work plans, and tracking the completion of action items.
  • Maintains accurate information on potential and current Signatories. Ensures the confidentiality and security of proprietary and donor information in appropriate databases and CRM tools.
  • Consistently manages projects and adheres to deadlines using project management software, Asana.
Business Development and Communications
  • Supports the recruitment of employers to sign on to the initiative by regular outreach and communication, and scheduling in person meetings for the Director of 100% Talent. Ensures appropriate follow-up occurs to all prospective signatories. Provides follow-up assistance until a signed pledge form is obtained.
  • Serves as an additional point of contact regarding inquiries from stakeholders and others.
  • Works collaboratively to market the initiative.
  • Works with the Director of 100% Talent to draft and update initiative communications, surveys and collateral.
  • Gathers information on best practices and compiles a directory of service providers and resources to support the best practice solutions to post on the 100% Talent participant web portal.
Event Planning and Coordination
  • Works cooperatively to assist in creating and producing an annual event focused on best practices and learning.
  • Coordinates with Director of 100% Talent and WFA staff to produce events and programs that support the 100% Talent initiative.
  • Manages special projects related to the initiative and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Women’s Funding Alliance seeks an innovative and skilled initiative coordinator who can quickly step into this role and support the momentum of our work. The ideal candidate will have: 
  • Demonstrated passion for gender and racial equity and women’s workplace issues.
  • 1-3 years of sales, fund development, or project coordination experience.
  • A successful track record of achieving, or assisting in achieving, tangible sales or fundraising outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated collaboration in a complex and fast-paced environment, and ability to manage up.
  • The confidence, warmth and professionalism required to work effectively with corporate leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with donor databases and event management software, preferably Raiser’s Edge, Asana, and/or Little Green Light.
  • Demonstrated computer skills; expertise with MS Office suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel strongly preferred. 
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
