This is an exciting time of growth at The Children’s Book Bank.  The organization is ready to to take fundraising to the next level, building on the foundation set in the first 10 years. The Children's Book Bank is looking to fill 2 development positions in early 2019 - Development Director and Development Associate.  With a new space, established programs and a critical mission, this is a great opportunity to use your expertise to directly affect funding growth at The Children’s Book Bank. 

Position Description
The Development Associate reports to and partners with the Development Director to advance organizational development goals, with a focus on exceptional donor management practices and event management. They also provide support to the Executive Director with general operational and administrative tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, with a talent for balancing many moving parts to execute quality events, and an ability to lead the staff in quality database management practices and data analysis. The schedule of this part-time position is somewhat flexible; 5 hours per day, 4 weekdays per week suggested.
